An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Change Manager to join the Transformation team. We are looking for an individual who can take on the challenge of delivering outcomes in a complex environment through effective project management techniques in the context of the needs of transformative change.
You will be highly organised with a pro-active approach to driving progress and problem resolution and have the ability to analyse and synthesise large amounts of information. In addition, you should be able to work independently on your own initiative.
It is essential that you have an understanding of good practice in project management and an appreciation of what is involved in transformative change.
You’ll need strong influencing and negotiating skills with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and other teams.
Our Transformation Team includes people with skills and experience in areas that are crucial to supporting, challenging and delivering our change activities. The teamwork with stakeholders, support and challenge to:
- Understand the problems that we face – from the perspectives of multiple stakeholders;
- Assess all of the data and intelligence, existing programmes and the external environment to fully understand the context in which we are working;
- Identify and test the many options for how to achieve positive outcomes, and; provide advice and guidance throughout the implementation of changes.
You will have day to day responsibility for leading one or more projects within the transformation programme.
